These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trade-Worth platform, websites, and services (the "Service") provided by Trade-Worth, Inc. ("Trade-Worth," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when you register and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each account represents a single business ("tenant") whose data is kept isolated from other tenants.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. We may modify trial terms at any time.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Plans include a monthly allotment of AI tokens and user seats as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other tenants' data, reverse engineering the Service, sending unlawful communications, or using the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
The Service uses AI to draft quotes, messages, and other content. AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes, prices, and communications before they are sent or relied upon. See our AI & SMS Consent page for details.
You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade-Worth is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
